- use carbon neutral Australia Post for deliveries Australia-wide
- will deliver directly to a gift recipient
- send you an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (items less than 5kgs)
Regular post - Postage and Handling - $12.00
Express post - Postage and Handling - $25.00
Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery during the current covid pandemic and ongoing delays with mail services.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing after they have been delivered to your shipping address by Australia Post.
Free shipping
All orders of $120 or more receive free domestic shipping.
Courier Service (large bulky orders over 5kgs)
We use a reliable door-to-door courier service. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery- depending on where the order is being shipped to.
Please email or phone us with specific details regarding the order and delivery address so that we can ensure it gets to you safely.
As a guide, courier service charges start at around $28.00 within NSW.
