Product Information

A modern use of a traditional material. Designed in France for Sana Hastakala this trendy allo cap is tres chic! The natural fibre of allo comes from the bark of the Giant Nettle and has been extracted for generations in the high Himalayan regions. After cutting and processing the bark is spun into thread using a light weight hand spindle. Allo fibres are taken on most journeys and are spun not only when resting but on even the most difficult walk.
